This package is for the couple who wants to plan the majority of the wedding, but wants assistance when it gets into the sticky details the month before. Additionally, they need someone to take charge the day of so they can fully enjoy the day!

This package includes:

1. Three 1-hour planning meetings
   
2. Timeline creation with handout schedules for each bridal party and applicable family member
3. Main point of contact for vendors regarding coordination on timeline, applicable set up & tear down, and expectations the month before the wedding and on the day of
4. Wedding Day Binder that includes all vendor, timeline, seating chart, and contact details
5. Bridal Emergency Day Of Basket
6. Tip payment on day of
7. Venue walk-through
8. Day of Coordinator (12 hours)
   

Day of coordination

This package is for the couple who wants to plan the entire wedding themselves, but needs someone to take charge the day of so they can enjoy the day!

This package includes:

Rehearsal coordination

This is a wonderful add-on to our Coordination services that allows the couple to enjoy their rehearsal and know that a Honey Co Team Member will be present to instruct and guide the wedding party through the rehearsal, as well as get everyone on the same page as we head into the big day!

Day before or Day of set up

Couples want to spend the days leading up to their wedding with their families and loved ones, not setting up the venue. Honey Co will transform the ceremony and reception space to exactly what you dreamt of.

This package includes:

1. Two 1-hour planning meetings
   
2. One-Two Coordinators for up to 5 hours, depending on need

Pup Care coordination

Pups at Honey Co are part of the family and we want to give couples the option to celebrate with their FULL family. This is a wonderful add-on to our Coordination services that allows the couple to have their pup onsite at the wedding ceremony, in pictures and a part of the ceremony, if chosen.

This package includes:

1. One 30-minute planning meeting
   
2. One Pup Care Coordinator to pick up pup, care for pup at the ceremony and drop the pup off at a designated location (3 hours)

Requirement: Pup(s) must have no history of violence, must be leash trained and interact well with people and other animals. Honey Co will not be held liable for any damages while caring for the pup. If there are two pups, they need to be at the same location for pickup and drop off.
